Step by Step

From request to delivery

We believe in a clear and transparent process. From the initial contact to the final delivery, we guide you through every stage to ensure your custom tank solution meets your exact requirements.

Step 1

Problem definition

To ensure our engineering team has the necessary information for further development, we require best possible technical details from your engineers. We ask you to submit the following project details:

Material Specifications.
Dimensions & Tollerances.
Bill of Materials.
Instructions & Requirements.

Our team will review this information; any questions will be gathered and sent back to you to ensure we reach a clear goal for further engineering.

Step 2

Research and Conceptual design

Based on our analyses and research we create a product drawing to suit your technical requirements. Our engineers utilise our product database or create a new product using Solid Works. Challange us with your projects! We work with standard fuel- and hydraulictanks but our development capabilities are also fully available for custom solutions for your special project where standard tanks will not fit.

Step 3

Detailed design, prototype.

After receiving your feedback on our product drawing we are able to produce a prototype. Part of this process may involve a new mold and special tooling design, which are capabilities we have in-house.

In this way we can provide a viable and quick solution that can be used to analyse full production requirements.

Step 4

Production

After we receive the signed-off product drawing, we can start the production process. This includes starting the required mold production, ordering materials, and specifying tooling. This is followed by production planning, including welding instructions.

Once the complete bill of materials is available, we start in our flexible production cells. These cells give us the opportunity to work seamlessly on various projects and increase or decrease production volumes as needed.

Step 5

Finalising your product and Supply

After the production process, we pressure test the product (if applicable) to confirm our leak-tight welding commitment. This is followed by packing and preparing for transport, which includes adding the project number and related internal documents to comply with our certification.

All logistics are monitored by the team in Rijen, the Netherlands. Any production issues will be communicated back to the customer to ensure a clear understanding of the delivery schedule on both sides.

Step Fuel tank

Provides easy access behind the truck cabine

We produce these fuel tanks for multiple truck brands. However our ability do not stop there; we also design combinations of fuel and Adblue or even Hydraulic Oil creating a tripple volume tank using our easy-access method. These combined tanks create additional space and improve convenience for the driver.

Hydraulic Solutions

Rear-cabine and Side-mounted Hydraulic Tanks

We offer hydraulic solutions, including brackets and straps.

Beside the single 200 lit. side-mounted tank we also have rear-cabin-mounted slimline tanks available in various volumes.

Our tanks are completed with painted brackets; as an optional service, we can supply valves and pumps to create the complete solution.
